Terms and Conditions

Transparency, professional standards, and our commitment to engineering excellence.

Engineered for Excellence. Governed by Transparency

At Starship Computers, we don't just build PCs; we engineer precision instruments for creators, researchers, and engineers. To maintain our commitment to elite performance and hardware integrity, all engagements are governed by the professional standards outlined below. By commissioning a Starship build, you ensure your project is backed by industry-leading procurement and technical rigor.

01. Market Dynamics & Quote Validity

The global landscape for high-demand silicon—specifically GPUs, CPUs, and high-density DRAM—is subject to extreme volatility.

  • 24-Hour Window: All formal quotes are valid for 24 hours only.
  • Price Locking: Final pricing is only secured once a deposit is received and the procurement phase is initiated.

02. Custom Engineering & Deposits

Every Starship system is a "Work-to-Order" project, precision-tuned for specific software stacks like Premiere Pro, AutoCAD, or TensorFlow.

  • Engineering Commencement: Component sourcing and assembly begin only after deposit confirmation.
  • Restocking Policy: Cancellations or returns on custom builds incur a 15% restocking fee to cover the labor of de-engineering and component re-validation.

03. The Starship Seal & Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship, but high-performance hardware requires professional handling.

  • The Seal: Systems ship with a physical "QC PASS" Starship Seal. Breaking this without prior authorization may void your craftsmanship warranty.
  • Usage Constraints: Our workstations are tuned for professional creative and research workloads. Use for 24/7 crypto-mining or operation in non-climate-controlled environments voids the service agreement.
  • Data Integrity: Starship Computers is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend our NAS & Data Server solutions for mission-critical redundancy.

04. Shipping & Claims Protocol

To protect your investment during transit, we adhere to a strict claims protocol:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video. This is a mandatory requirement for any transit damage claims.
  • DOA Notification: "Dead on Arrival" systems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for our priority replacement program.
