1. Order Processing & Confirmation

• Verification: After you place an order, our team will reach out within 24 hours via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the technical configuration and delivery details.
• Timeline: Standard orders for in-stock components are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Custom Build Lead Time: Please note that custom-built PC assemblies require additional time for precision engineering, professional cable management, and rigorous stress testing to ensure peak performance.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight and order value to ensure secure transit for high-end hardware.

• Small Components & Peripherals (Up to 2kg): PKR 550.
• Standard Components (2kg to 5kg): PKR 850.
• Medium-Heavy Parcels (5kg to 10kg): PKR 1,200.
• Heavy Equipment (10kg and above): PKR 2,200.
• Free Shipping Eligibility: We offer free shipping exclusively within Karachi for orders between Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 20,000, and for Custom PC Builds limited to a maximum of 2 PCs per order.
• Nationwide Delivery: We offer secure shipping to all major cities in Pakistan with an estimated timeline of 0–7 business days following the processing period.

3. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD Limit: For security and logistics reasons, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders exceeding PKR 10,000.
• Payment Modes: High-value orders and custom workstations must be settled via Bank Transfer, Digital Payments (EasyPaisa/SadaPay), or Credit/Debit Cards.
• Identity Verification: Per courier insurance guidelines for high-value shipments, a copy of the customer's CNIC may be required for account activation and secure delivery of custom workstations.
• Advance Cash: Karachi-based customers may visit our facility to make advance cash payments for custom build orders.

4. Logistics & Liability

• Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package via the courier portal.
• Insurance & Handling: All shipments valued over PKR 30,000 include a mandatory 1.5% handling and insurance fee, which is already reflected in our high-value shipping rates to ensure your investment is protected.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or an unavailable recipient, please contact our support team within 24 hours. Redelivery charges may apply.
• Operational Delays: Starship Computers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, law and order situations, or transit disruptions.
