We do not accept returns under any circumstances. We offer exchanges only if the item is returned in its original, sealed packaging and remains unused within 2 days of delivery. Once an item is opened or used, it is no longer eligible for exchange. Please note that items purchased as pre-orders or back-orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any condition.
